EverSmith Brands, a B2B commercial services franchise platform backed by The Riverside Company, has named Justin Ghadery its new Chief Executive Officer. Ghadery stepped into the role on January 1, 2026, bringing with him more than a decade of hands-on experience across franchising — as a franchisor, a franchise owner, and a senior leader within private equity-backed organizations.
Ghadery most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of EverSmith Brands, a position he held since late 2024. He now takes the helm of a platform that spans seven brands, more than 700 territories, and over 300 franchise owners nationwide.

Beyond his role at EverSmith, Ghadery currently serves as Vice Chair of VetFran, a strategic initiative of the International Franchise Association (IFA) dedicated to connecting veterans with franchise ownership opportunities.
Ghadery succeeds Ken Hutcheson, who will continue in an advisory capacity on the EverSmith board.
